Starbucks - Feedback

What Hunter Faulknor doesn't like about Starbucks:
Okay, this is the first review I’ve ever left in my life. I’m not exaggerating, every single time I have been to this location, they’re out of half their ingredients. Today, espresso machine is down and cannot service ANY coffee. No hot coffee ready, no drip coffee prepared, no cold brew, nothing. Tonight I came there with my best friend and all of our rambunctious little ones. Mine in particular were being wild. When I went to pay for my coffee my card wouldn’t work (I later found out it had been locked for suspicious activity lol) and I tried everything else I had and was so embarrassed.
