Logan's Roadhouse - Fultondale

Fried pickles dripping in grease,fried mushrooms dripping in grease,rolls not done,steak was treble, shrimp overcooked. Manager didn't do anything for us

Went with my wife and daughter and where do I start. Initially we were assigned one of the mini booths for two people when there were 3 of us. The person seating us quickly caught the mistake though and got us a nicer booth. Then there was the actual service. Our waiter also had a table of 11 nearby that I assume he figured would give us a bigger tip so we didn’t get much service at all. About the time we got our food we asked for a refill as our drinks were empty but they never came… about 20 minutes later I got tired of trying to eat with no drink and had to go to the restroom and get water from the sink, about the time I was on my second glass of that our drinks got refilled. Then we waited for the check, which took longer than it did to actually sit down, get our food, and eat. I suppose if you’re going as a large group it’s great, but I don’t recommend going otherwise to this location.

Great steak and friendly staff. It did seem to take a little longer than I would normally expect for a slow night during the week. She put our order in at 7:00 and we didn't get our food till 7:45.

The waitress informed us that they had a new chef in the kitchen and that things are a little hectic. It was my birthday and my sister and I didn 't mind any inconveniences. The overall experience was 'A ' plus . This time the restaurant needed a little understanding and we gave it to them. Some people look for things that are wrong with a place or person or thing in order to voice their opinion. I was raised , rather we were raised to be considerate of others.

Rude host. Wait time after being seated was ridiculous. Food was bad. Steaks overcooked and dry asked to get them remade and this took even longer . Rolls underdone. This place has went down and is circling the drain. Would absolutely not recommend this establishment
