Fulton Wurst Haus
Fulton Wurst Haus
Description
Part butcher, part market and restaurant, this large, clean spot pairs in-house butchery and a meat-focused menu with affordable bulk processing and wide customization. Standouts include made-in-house bratwursts in many flavors, stuffed pork chops, prime rib and value half- and whole-cow options. Service is friendly and the dining room is bright. However, quality control is inconsistent: some cured items, sausages and packaged pork have been reported bland, improperly cured or poorly sealed—buyers should inspect packaging and use caution.

The food was incredible! They offered prime rib at the buffet, and the stuffed pork chops were among the best I've ever tasted. We also purchased several packs of their gourmet bratwursts; deciding which of the 45 flavors to try was quite a challenge. Everything is made in-house!
The food was incredible! They offered prime rib at the buffet and had some of the best stuffed pork chops I've ever tasted. We also purchased several packs of their gourmet bratwursts, and the challenging part was selecting from the 45 different flavors available. Everything is made in-house!
We purchased half a cow, and after processing, we ended up with 125 pounds for just over $1,000. This breaks down to $8.11 per pound for ground beef, roasts, steaks, and more. There are so many customization options available too!
I purchased one full cow and 1/2 cow. And the cats are fine but whoever packages the meat I guarantee 80% of it is not package right and not sealed right. There is freezer burn that got into the bags and also when I thought the bags it makes a huge mess in my refrigerator because the bags are not properly sealed. Whoever is in packaging needs to be fired. Other than that it’s really good.
