First Cup Cafe - Fulshear

I stopped in for a coffee and breakfast after dropping off my dog at Waggin Tails. I had the gingerbread latte, which was very good and a bacon taco. The taco tasted fresh and was nice and hot. I loved the quiet corner with the comfy couch for me to enjoy my items while I surfed the internet. Staff was friendly as well.

Such a great spot for meetings or to work. Their Iced Coconut Pie Latte is just SOMETHING ELSE!

Had a couple of fantastic cortado coffees here, unfortunately third time was definitely not a charm for me, when I questioned the quality of said third cup it was met with a very unsatisfactory response, as I didn’t want to make a fuss in front of the other customers, I left disposing of the undrinkable coffee in the nearest bin. I later called the manager on the phone to talk over the incident and she kindly offered me a free replacement drink. The next morning I called by for my complimentary cortado and a flat white for my daughter (which I paid for). Passive aggressive is the only way I can describe the treatment I received, both drinks ordered together, the cortado was put in front of me in a less than polite manner, I was then treated to a will we or won’t we eventually give you the flat white??? It came after a good 5 minute wait!! Again no politeness or even a sorry for the delay!! The cortado looked like weak dishwater and the flat white was cold, I guess that will teach me not to dare complain in this establishment! Needless to say I won’t be back.

The food, drinks, and especially service really are above and beyond. And the atmosphere is lovely spots for working, meeting a friend, and meeting a group. One of my favorite places!

Love this coffee house! Super cute and super tasty. Highly recommend.
