The service was good, so I'll give it a 4. However, I'm a bit picky, like a bowl instead of a plate. I tend to voice my complaints, which might affect my perspective. What User doesn't like about The Flame Broiler:
As an update, I attempted to edit this post to include an image of my receipt but couldn't figure out how. To clarify, I ordered a chicken dish with avocado and extra onions through the Grubhub app on 03/24/2021. The pickup time was set for 2:00 PM during my lunch break. Great healthy alternative to fast food. Shop around, the other locations quality and cleanliness vary. The Placentia location is top notch.
Excellent service! The woman at the register was extremely friendly. She handled a difficult situation when a man entered the store and wasn't clear about how to place his pickup order. She was busy attending to customers when he approached her, and he had quite a rude attitude. While I wanted to support her with a positive attitude, I felt compelled to say something to this impatient guy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I would give it 10 stars if I could!
They forgot to add avocado(during my takeout) as they were in hurry. Also chicken wasn't cooked properly.
Brocori wasn't cooked well. Other than that, the tofu veggie bowl was tasty. Dobt forget the secret sauce!
Asked for hot sauce that they offer at every Flamebroiler I've been to....answer was, we are out of sauce. I then requested teriyaki sauce that every Flamebroiler offers....same answer....we are out of sauces. Now, we are forced to eat dry rice bowls....not a great experience. If you are out of sauces, let customers know before they order. Good customer service is setting the expectation.
