Taco Bell - Fullerton

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The service and quality were outstanding. The potatoes were fresh, and the drive-thru line moved quickly. They provided me with exactly the number of hot sauce packets I requested, and my food was ready in no time. It’s clear that this establishment is well-managed, and the staff did a fantastic job. Having previously worked at Taco Bell, I can confidently say they’re doing an impressive job here. You won’t be disappointed at this Taco Bell—highly recommended!

This restaurant is generally well-organized. They manage basic orders and phone orders effortlessly. I often encounter issues with their online app, which doesn’t allow for certain modifications. Therefore, it’s helpful when their staff can quickly make changes and fulfill requests on the spot.

Really delicious food, but I'm not sure if I like the entire screen order system. I guess that's where we go, even though... everywhere self-service. Thank you, Karen's! But my food was right, hot and very good, which is important to me.

This was my first visit to this location, and I was truly impressed by its cleanliness and organization. Everything was fully stocked, and the customer service was fantastic. Although the drive-thru was busy, that didn’t detract from my experience at all. I couldn't wait to share my thoughts, so I decided to write this review right after enjoying my Doritos Locos Taco Supreme! Thank you to the team here for doing an excellent job. I hope more people get to experience the high standards you maintain. I can’t wait for my next visit! Keep up the great work!

Im writing this review because of the wonderful hospitality I received here. I came in last night after my friends car broke down on us. My battery starter had unfortunately died too so i was looking for a place to charge it. Diego, the manager and team were so incredibly empathetic and helped me out. Thank you guys so much, amazing team!!!
