I don't un... read more This is the worst Subway I've ever been to. The customer service was terrible, especially from a woman who seemed constantly upset and in a bad mood. I don't understand how someone like that is still employed there. She even tried to charge me $2 just to separate my sandwich, which is ridiculous.

One good thing is that they handle long lines quickly, which is helpful during busy periods. However, I’ve seen frozen ingredients used, employees preparing sandwiches directly on the board instead of using paper, and staff who seem inexperienced. Recently, when I requested avocado, the employee only gave me half of an avocado because she dropped the other half while scooping. Instead of using the leftover portion, she discarded it and told me that adding more avocado would cost extra. It was frustrating to have a footlong sandwich with only six inches of avocado due to her mistake. This isn’t my preferred Subway location, but I might come back, hoping their employee training improves.
