Guests consistently praise the attentive service, particularly highlighting staff like Pablo and Sergio for their warm hospitality. However, lingering concerns about pricing transparency, particularly around Champagne markup, suggest a need for better staff training and an updated wine list. Additionally, some patrons have noted disturbances during late-night hours and difficulties in reaching management. Despite these issues, the eatery remains a favored spot for its excellent food and inviting atmosphere, warranting a visit.
I inquired about the price of Champagne and was quoted $170 for Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label. When I pointed out that this was a more than 300% markup, the waiter offered to lower the price to $100. The standard markup is typically double the retail price, which would make it $86. Despite the excellent service provided by the waiter, I chose not to order the Champagne. The wine director of this establishment should be ashamed for not properly training their staff or floor manager, and for not having an up-to-date wine list with prices that match the ambiance of the restaurant.
The food was delicious, but unfortunately my reservation was not found. Luckily, the restaurant was not busy at the time.

Asked how much Champagne was. Attempted to charge for Veuve Clicqout orange label. When I said thatâs far greater than a mark up, waiter said they can drop the price to Standard is double retail which would make it Of course, I refused to order it. Waiter did provide excellent service, but whoever is the wine director of this establishment should be ashamed of not training their staff, not training the floor manager, and not having a current wine list with pricing equivalent to the ambiance they are capable of providing.
It was good, but they didnât have my reservation. Good thing it wasnât busy.
