Contribute FeedbackOverall, the reviews for Sonic paint a mixed picture of the popular drive-in restaurant chain. While some customers have had positive experiences with friendly staff and tasty food offerings such as shakes and desserts, others have faced issues such as incorrect orders, cold food, and unhelpful customer service. Common complaints include long wait times, missing or incorrect items in orders, and challenges with obtaining refunds for unsatisfactory experiences. Despite these issues, some customers still appreciate the unique car hop service and affordable menu options, making Sonic a hit or miss choice for dining out.
Staff are always so nice and the food is good. Especially desserts and shakes. But I ordered online, chose a pick-up time for half an hour after the order, checked in when I got there and had to wait 15 minutes. The food was cold when I got it home, which is only 5 minutes away. So, this is my only negative experience and I will give it another try, but maybe eating there is the better option
Still a car hop place or drive thru or go upstairs. Menu is limited, but quality product. Your shakes are good too. Take the young people to experience the Auto Hop service. I personally enjoyed half the price on Shakes before closing time. Goodbye!
I didn't like my meal from Sonic many years ago however, I stopped in to try the advertised 2 Patty melts for $5. They were not worth eating. The managers should try their own food and not sell products that are awful.
Never have any complaints about this location. Usually always quick and precise with my order. It is fairly cheap yet always delicious. Everything from Jalapeño poppers to a Hot dog or even French toast bites. Wash it all down with a refreshing Slushywith nerds and cherry burst to quench your thirst.
Still waiting on my response from corporate regarding my refund due to food poisoning my wife and I had on June 11th. It 's been over 3 months now and I have made several calls to corporate but I just keep getting the runaround. They just tell me that it 'sbeen escalated and offer me a reference number. They also offered me a $10 credit on the app, which I respectfully declinedfor 2 reasons. 1. I paid a little over $20 for our order and I don 't use the Sonic app. 2. I have no desire to eat at a Sonicever again especially after experiencing food poisoning.
