Imperial Highway in Fullerton is outstanding!! I've been to other Robeks and they just don't compare with this location. Man, the flavors of the smoothies really jumps out at you!! My family and I always comment on how great the smoothies taste from this particular Robeks. Unfortunately I live 20 miles away but sometimes I'll make a trip there just for the smoothies. I wish our local Robeks was this good!!

I want... read more I love the idea of this place but their service was not even remotely good. I had a couple of gift cards and happened to be in the area, so I stopped in. I wanted to know the balance on the cards, the employees told me to go online. I have a vision issue which makes certain tasks difficult, I explained(assuming she maybe didn't see my very obvious problem) and again asked the employee if she could please check it and she got another employee and they couldn't figure out how and told me they couldn't do it. They made some faces, giggled, went towards the back and started laughing amongst themselves, maybe about something else, maybe about me, I'll never know, but given the timing I really couldn't help but feel they were making fun of my disability. We waited and waited for someone to come over to take our order, but the 4 employees I counted remained out of sight until we finally went up to the register and one of them reluctantly came out. We ordered a California Cuban sandwich along with 2 drinks. The drinks were great, but there was no trash can for our straw wrappers, which was weird. I waited a while for the sandwich and was then told they didn't have pickles. Okay no biggie. I get the sandwich and it was missing the key ingredient of pulled pork, but it also has what appears to be sliced Turkey and pastrami? Neither of which were listed in the description and some people have allergies or don't eat certain meats, so workers really can't just add whatever they feel like without clearing it with the person first because then they end up with a sandwich they can't even eat. 3 stars because the place was cute, clean and the drinks we received were good. Minus 2 stars for bad service and the incorrect sandwich.

The only downside is that I wish it stayed open lat... read more I received a coupon for a free small smoothie, and ever since then, this has become our go-to smoothie shop. The only downside is that I wish it stayed open later. There are times when I get out around 11 PM and think how nice it would be to grab a smoothie.
