Let It Brie - Fullerton

Large small cheese shop with helpful monks available to guide you into a wonderful block of cheese. Small family businesses feel with great customer service. Could use a bit more extras to go with the cheese, but overall a large selection of fine cheese. Stop and give them an attempt, I drove 30 minutes to get my selection and it was good. They also have sandwiches and other food items available if you wanted to get a great lunch on the way through the city.

Okay, I've already eaten here and grilled cheese is AMAZING....until today I have the Honey Berry Jam"Brie....OMG, this sandwich was like no other sandwich I've ever had. Creamy,

So happy, here come the meat and cheese, where excellent berries were fresh and tasty. A great place to come enjoy a custom Charcuterie Board. You also have live music in the terrace at certain times. Our Heather B server was very helpful in our cheese and meat selection. They also follow all cleanliness requirements and disinfect the seating areas according to each customer. My Hubby and I will definitely return.

We went here for the first time to celebrate my son's birthday. It was a fantastic menu and the food was the best we had in a long time! We decided to come as much as possible! The staff was amazingly nice, professional and added to the wonderful experience.

Opening night review! The Fullerton cheese shop is finally open! This place is quaint. Four tables that seat four people each. Four bar stools. Simple decor. They offer cheese, wine, grilled cheese sandwiches, and a whole bunch of other good eats. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back.
