Was really craving original KFC but sadly ended up with the extra crispy. OK so it was 8:45 pm they needed to get rid of the extra cripy chicken beforeclosing? Then don't give the options. And how about fry more of what is popular.

Instead of saying you forgot your drink, I should have gotten a sorry for the inconvenience. Pleasedo better, I've also have worked at a fast food place before. I know it's a lot of work. Later when I got to the window, he asked me if I wanted honey/butter for my biscuit. I turned to my wife to ask her and when she paused foe a second tothink about it, he said yes or no?! Most of the time, employees for KFC are good, but this guy apparently thought he wasworking a food line at a concert or something.

They were behind on chicken, and the soda machine was out of order, so pretty bad spot, but not on the workers this day, they were trying,it's management's fault most likely as not scheduling enough people for a Saturday afternoon,
