If you 've been to one KFC, you 've been to them all. The food is fresh enough. The employees are competent enough. There was only one time I ordered chicken tenders and they gave me a tiny one and I went back to the counter and said, REALLY? and they gave me a regular sized one, no other words said. Other than that, it 's adequate.

I order a beef crunchy taco. A very simple order. They give me a bean and tomato crunchy taco? I ask for no lettuce, i get extra lettuce and extra sauce. They have not once gotten my order correct. The workers are absolutely incompetent. Even when i return to get my order corrected they mess it up a second or even a third time. There is absolutely no excuse for how many times they have ruined my orders.

I heard a worker say they forgot as I inquired about my orderagain and the manager said was food ?just ready? as she only started to fill my order. That manager was a liar and rude.
