There are better options for Boba tea elsewhere. My husband and I stopped by and ordered a house milk tea and a passion fruit tea. The house tea was somewhat bland, but it was still better than the overly bitter passion fruit tea I had. Overall, it feels a bit pricey for what you get.

This place has wonderful staff and is very clean. It's one of my favorite boba spots! They also have Wi-Fi, which is a nice bonus. I stop by every time I'm nearby.

This is my favorite local stop for tee. I get the home milk tea, half sweetened, with boba. it is perfect on a hot day. the owners are very friendly, much more personable than some of the great chains teehouses. I once dropped my tee and they didn't let me help clean it and they replaced it for me. it made a huge mess and they were so nice about it.

This local gem is literally run by a mom and pop. My wife and son have been going here as a tradition once a week. Now that I am off for the summer, I have taken over duties and the owner treats my son like her own grandchild and the tea is so delicious and fresh. It takes a few minutes to get your tea because it's so fresh, but it is worth the wait. The house tea is rich and has excellent depth of flavor with a touch of brown sugar. The boba is perfectly chewy, and is perfectly sweet at 50%. My sons always get the taro milk tea with lychee jelly. They both inhale it within minutes so I haven't had a chance to try it yet. I assume it's very delicious based on their reaction. I hesitate to report this because I don't want it to get too crowded for selfish reasons.
