Really blessed to have this place open so close at a convenient location. My favorites are the Italian and the Philly cheese steak. Ordering on the app makes it easy, plus getting rewards points, called Shore Points. Had a big catering order, had no issues and I was taken care of. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
Jersey mikes fan. But this franchise didn?t hold up. Possible cause it?s brand new so will give it another try and maybe raise the stars. Ordered ahead for 12:30 pick up. Got there at 12:25 and see they helped 9 walk-in customers before they do the online orders. Ended up getting my food at 12:44. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Food was ok but ?mikes way? only tasted like extra oil. View all feedback.
The food tasted good. The roast beef lacked in flavor but everything seemed fresh. It was quite expensive however. I purchased a mini sandwich, a Gatorade, and a cookie and it cost me over $14. Good food, but not THAT good. Service was fast and helpful.
Ordered two sandwiches, three bottles of soda and three cookies for $47 through DoorDash. Jersey Mike's charged me for three cookies, but I only received one cookie. They need to do much better!

GREAT sandwiches and 10/10 service! Gabe, Mario, and Daniel gave me an amazing experience and took their time making my sandwich to make sure all of my toppings were right. If you are looking for a quality sub and a quick bite to eat you NEED to go to jersey mikes on malvern.
Awful service. Twice has this store taken my order, made my sandwich and made me wait to pay, just so they can make another customers sandwich or an online order. The third time it happened, I walked right out and never went back!!! This is unacceptable customer service!!!
