Good sushi. My favorite was the dream roll. There was nothing over the top amazing about this place to deserve 5 stars. The service was pleasant and we did not have to wait too long for our rolls. There was a horrible fish odor upon entering therestaurant. It was so off putting that the waitress had to light an incense. This in turn filled the restaurant with scentedsmoke and fish odor. Mmmm! Yummy! She had to open the door to defuse the smell and smoke.

We've been dining at this restaurant for years. The food is excellent, and the location is fantastic. The oysters my husband ordered looked incredible! Although I don't eat oysters, he certainly enjoyed them.

If you find yourself in North County, this is a fantastic sushi spot to check out. The fish is consistently very fresh, and the menu offers a wide variety of options. While I tend to favor sushi and sashimi over rolls, their rolls are definitely impressive, especially the soft shell crab roll—definitely worth a try. The sushi chefs are friendly and approachable, and the waitstaff is just as pleasant. They also have a great selection of Japanese beers and sake. Just a heads-up, it can get quite busy on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.
