So disappointed. I’ve been craving ice cream for awhile so I decided to stop by cold stone and treat myself. I also go a waffle cone and as I scooped the ice cream I see a thick black hair. Seriously?! Really grossed me out and threw it away.

There's a dude who works here with long hair. He's been here since Covid days and he is the BEST!! He is always so nice and welcoming and makes the best mixes! Thank you dude! We appreciate you!

Decent, high-fat ice cream offers a nice mouthfeel, though the price is substantially higher than similarly styled parlors.The inability to modify their signature dishes or convert one into a milkshake hampers creativity, which is--again--a service offered by competitors.This particular location lacks seating, and has an awkward payment system requiring the employee to walk away with your card and turn their back to you. Perhaps invest in a mobile payment unit?Overall, i enjoy the place, but it's marred with many inconveniences.
