I really like this place everything is almost perfect except the host she's rude she doesn't do her job,she just there looking pretty other then that NOTHING,no hi,not a small greeting,she just look at u...the rest 100% 6 ..any body will help u even know it's not there table . specially my waiter Angel ...i will come back . 99% recommended.. What G doesn't like about Cielo Karaoke Y Mas!:
The vibe is great, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5. The only problem is the pricing. Margaritas are small and I ordered a total of 4, 2 were in smaller glasses than the others yet prices remained the same. Worth it on taco Tuesday when they offer their special. If I go back, will be on Tuesdays... can’t see myself spending $35 for 1 margarita and 3 tacos otherwise. View all feedback.
Went to this place a couple weeks ago and the shrimp were old. They were nasty and chewy. The aguachile sauce was good and the drinks were good but a little pricey for the amount you get. The decor is really cute and updated. The music was a bit loud but maybe that's just the vibe they are going for. Haven't been for karaoke but they are offering free rooms and free food for kids on Wednesdays. I probably wouldn't order seafood here so hopefully their other items are better.
Bad service and the quality food is lacking. The servers hung out by the bar chitchatting amongst themselves and were not up on their customer service.
Best customer service I received from a bartender in awhile , they really take pride in the work and food was amazing, thank you Jenni nice girl working behind the bar .
This was an awesome place. I had never been nor had I heard of it, I went with a bunch of friends for a bachelorette party. And the service was awesome the drinks were yummy the food was good. We didn't have any major plates. It was mainly all appetizers. I had micheladas which were bomb. I loved the decor. All in all a great time. I absolutely recommend this place.
Took my mom here for her birthday and it's was FUN!! The ambiance is amazing ! The karaoke was fun and our server Roger was killing it . The drinks and food were good too, even when I didn't know what to get Roger was great with recommendations, especially the drinks ! I will be back again! If you have last minute plans or want to go out with friends , this is the place !
