As a vegetarian there was a selfservice table where the food was la... read more I used to go to Bondi regularly when I was in Fulda in the past and it was always excellent. As a vegetarian there was a selfservice table where the food was labelled so I had no difficulty in finding something to eat. I was...there this year and found the place completely refurbished. Instead of self service it is not waiterwaitress service and it is extremely busy. The waiter who approached me after a long wait had no patience whatsoever and just gave me the menu with no explanation as to what was vegetarian and what was not. Some of it is labelled vegetarian when it is not. Beside the dishes are letters with no explanation as to what they mean. That apparently was on another card. His impatience drove me mad so I got up to leave. The manager or the owner asked me what I thought of the new set up and to be honest I really don't like it as it is a very busy place with not enough staff to cope. If you are not in a hurry then perhaps it would be all right. It is however very clean and nicely laid out but it just didn't suit my purpose. As a vegetarian I want to see properly labelled food and cheese such as parmazan is NOT vegetarian as it contains animal rennet. I left and went next door to the Cafe Glueck where the food is properly labelled. For carnivores Bondi looked good but not for vegetarians
