しびれる系ラーメンの看板につられて入ったお店。謳い文句に違わぬしびれるラーメンがいただけました。花椒を効かせた麻婆豆腐ラーメンを食べて、帰り道もビリビリ刺激がもちろん痺れ無しの注文もできるので安心を。香り高いラーメンが食べたいときにお薦めです。

Delicious is delicious, but the miso is still strong, so the feeling of Dandan noodles is diluted. The noodles are also flat, and I personally don't like flat noodles, so it's a bit disappointing. The ramen at this store, including Jiro-kei inspired ramen, is mild and not sharp, so it's easy to eat. I felt unsatisfactory with the recommended 2 spiciness, but the umami is enough. Original 田舎に帰省したついでに3年ぶりの訪問。元々担々麺専門店なのに、前回は二郎系インスパイアのラーメンを食べて、他のインスパイア系より比較しても美味いなぁと思っていたので、今回は味噌味担々麺を食べてみる事に 結果的にまたノーマルではない 。美味いは美味いんだけど、やはり味噌が強く感じるので担々麺感は薄まりますね。麺も平打ちっぽく、個人的に平打ち麺が好きではないので少し残念。この店のラーメンは二郎系インスパイア含め全体的にマイルドで角が立っていないので、食べやすくはあるかな。辛さもオススメの2辛だと物足りなく感じましたが、旨味は充分。

麺の量が選べました。 唐揚げ最高においしかったです。 手作りの麻辣が付いていて 唐揚げにぴったりでした。 お店の方も親切で 店内は清潔感があり 感染対策もしっかりされてます。
