I have been a fan of Ban'yan's for 10 years. I love their spicy clam peperoncino pasta. Even though I am now living in Tokyo after getting married, I have not yet found pasta that surpasses Ban'yan's. I want to go back to Fukuoka just to eat at Ban'yan again.
I recently moved to the neighborhood and went there for lunch for the first time yesterday. Wow! I was impressed! The homemade fresh pasta is delicious! It's super tasty (≧∇≦). So, tonight I took my wife there, we will probably go once a week now (lol).
