Best burgers in Japan. Bun is custom order. Jim makes his own bacon and prepares his own beef. I'm surprised he doesn't have his own cows. Ingredients not on the counters until they cook. Get it rarely with bacon and cheese. Enjoy the conversation. Don't worry about going, just sit down and eat.

Welcome to the USA in Japan!! Best Burger since I moved to Japan! Jim puts the meat to the perfect size, seasons it delicious and smokes the bacon itself. If you are looking for a good burger and are tired of eating these strange Japanese types (gomen ne , this is your best choice. I'm going back!

After almost a year in Japan, there was one thing I really missed, a real American burger. Places like US burgers are far and little in between, but this is hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life, let alone in Japan. I look forward to my next visit and will tell everyone I know about US Burger!!!

If you are looking for a homemade American burger... This is definitely the place. It is nice to have a chat with the cook while preparing your meal. You will know how much effort is going on in preparation. Once you take this first bite, you will notice that it is different from any other burger you have eaten here in Fukuoka.
