Although there's currently just one vegan item on the menu, the manager is well-versed in veganism and will ask about allergies if you order the vegan ramen. He's also very friendly and likes to chat. This ramen is filling, and its broth is packed with just as much flavor as traditional ramen. This is the first vegan ramen I've seen in this area. I was surprised by how delicious it was.

They stopped making the vegan ramen, but asking the staff they could make a ramen without meat, not sure if it’s temporarily though
