Huh? What did I pay for? Their family pack wasn't enough to feed us, more like a appetizer. Typical Japanese hype but failing to meet it mark. The food is cooked in a plastic bag and dumped on the table in front of you, to eat with your hands, odd but fun. The price and the amount of food for the price you would expect a person in a tux seating you... fun to see, but seek real food elsewhere. View all feedback.
Customer service on point! Our waiter Reki was AMAZING!! I would like to give him credit to his English skills and to be a sweet, friendly and helpful person! Lunch specialities were delicious! Fun to eat with your hands and a little creepy!! We have 2 different specialties so we can taste a variety of seafood! Not sure what it was for crab, but it wasn't okay [Note, the winter is from Maryland, USA and usually eats blue crab]. The sauce in which the seafood bags come is oishi!!!! I'd like to return to the restaurant. The pumpkin/squash they give you has a good dry rub on them. In our sink to wash your hands before and after dinner. They give you a beacon to protect your clothes and gloves to your hands. Get a crab headband for fun! Take credit card. The staff spoke English. Parking along the mall found. Tables are spaces for social distance.
Every time I tried to look past the past that I could not come in without reservation. This time I stopped on a Friday at 9 a.m. and there was only one other party. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. I have included the cheaper shrimp bag containing shells, corn on the cob, potatoes, bacon, broccoli and squids. It was a really good mix. I've been eating a New Orleans style food for years and that's the next thing I've done. I wish they had toads. It is an expensive meal and MESSY, but a beautiful treat, and an interesting eating experience for many people I think. Garlic bread is nothing special, but good to soak the flavors of your food.

Great seafood. I went to lunch and got the crab and shrimp bag. More than enough food!!!! Soup, salad and bread were also great. Prepare yourself for chaotic!!!! You have a pretty cool handwashing station and a live DJ with great music. It is located in the shopping center. In any case will go again!!!!
Heaven for crab lovers. And dirty hands alert. Since no plates, spoon or fork to eat.
