Unexpectedly greatest experience in a simple environment! What is striking is that the restaurant has little decoration or decoration, it does not need that because the quality of the food is phenomenal. The hosts are personable and do their utmost to meet your wishes as best as possible, with a little English on their part and a little Italian on ours. Looks very unassuming, but this place is absolutely incredible! The staff don't speak much English, but they do have an English menu and they're very kind and accommodating. The food was out of this world the best pasta I've ever eaten in my life! The bruschetta and steak are also very, very good. The tomatoes are amazingly sweet with just salt and olive oil, and the charcoal flavour on the steak is sublime (we watched the chef cook it in an open charcoal oven). Highly recommend! I arrived without reservation and they were kind enough to find me a place despite the trattoria being fully booked. I had bruschette with cicoria, one carbonara and one amatriciana.
