Small, simple, well-kept place! The service was good, very kind but unfortunately the waiting times were long. The food was good but not surprising! I would say the prices are a little high... 2 of us had dinner tonight. Warm environment and welcoming managers. Surely the format has been changed. No pizza but cuisine resulting from the experience of those who work. Definitely good product quality. Transformation at the moment. Had an excellent cod as an appetizer. The potato and leek base with dehydrated olives is appreciated. Another Roman artichoke appetizer: excellent. Homemade and freshly heated bread. Satisfactory selection of wines. Few labels but of a discreet level. Good quality cut with adequate cooking. Ready-made baked potatoes with pepper and rosemary. Too bad we passed by by chance. I would have liked to try the pastas, especially the stuffed ones. Congratulations to the managers who put passion into it.
