The meat was perfectly cooked,... read more An absolutely successful start to your vacation! My spontaneous visit to the restaurant at the Hotel Hirsch in Füssen was great. The meat was perfectly cooked, the spaetzle was wonderfully fluffy, and I was so impressed with the Pinot Noir that I ordered it directly from the winery. The dessert and the espresso at the end were also excellent. There was also very attentive and friendly service, which made the evening completely pleasant. Thank you for the great hospitality – I’ll be happy to come back
