The pork hock. The skin is very hard and hard for chewing. Even very hard to cut in piece.The meat is dry. The sauce is not very good. Not recommended to eat here. I order tap water and they charge me still water fee. I...told them the bill is wrong, then they change the bill to Tap water. So I still need to pay the tap water!!!!! Can’t believe!!!!!
