I'm just writing the review here because here a few times the customer-friendliness was complained. I can't join it.I was there first, but the service was super friendly and took time to answer my questions. also a little smalltalk was in, I found very sympathetic! Maybe the salesman was new, or she could take time as I was the only one who was standing, but she was really nice. definitiw above average. The ice cream... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Loisl's Fire & Ice:
the ice is very tasty. aaber: there I thought, I'd like a spaghetti ice cream. 4 € for a small beaker (2 balls of ice and some saw). but what is it? to my, please, get some more grounded sauce, I should pay extra 50 ct. Sorry, but that's money cutting. there is also where otherwise good ice. View all feedback.
There are delicious frozen yogurt with various toppings and various drinks. what is not available is flexibility. my three-year-old son wanted a small egg with 2 different toppings because he couldn't decide. I would of course also like to have paid a (popular) price. Although I did this several times and the operation saw that my child was close to the trenches, she only repeated in a picking mill-like manner: "That's not possible, that doesn't want the chefin. a small ice is only available with a topping".A lot of helpfulness is encountered when you have to go to the toilet during the stay in - in itself nice! - cafè. that is not possible! although there must be toilets there - the staff must also go somewhere - these are not intended for customers. if you have to, you have to beg in the neighboring, whether you can go there, whether you are a child, a great-grandmother or a very pregnant mother. in a restaurant with at least 50 seats, which invites to stay through their appearance and attracts many children, this is to my opinion a no-go. As I said, the ice is good - but actually I am annoying at everyone.
One of the best ice-cafes in forth. easy to recommend! I prefer to eat yoghurt ice with fruit toppings. a must have in summer
Italian yoghurt-based ice cream in several flavors. also handcrafted ball ice cream with a huge selection of toppings. we recommend.

Frozen yogurt ordered me with three toppings (one of the previous speakers: erdbeersoße apparently counts as topping and now costs the ice cream money; otherwise every second wants something extra "to the house"). it was very delicious! find it a pity that there are no longer Frozen Yoghurt ice creams in the cities.
We all ordered a smarties cup. this was lovingly dressed, although a little creativity would do all well. at the end was the cup filled with two thick ice balls, with nicely looked plentiful and many smarties. everything in the green area, however, you could vary a little and a certain kindness wouldn't hurt either.3.5 stars: so a real okay, with certain mules.
