On the Vía de la Plata that I was doing, I stayed at his establishment and also ate. As for the room, an unusual event happened to me and that is that I had to put up with more than 15 mosquitoes during the night, I got rid of one and another entered -under the door-. Imagine the night and how much I was able to rest for the next leg of the pilgrimage to Santiago. I understand that such a swarm has to do with the attraction of the smell of the kitchen of the bar. Bar where, as I say, I ate and very well, with a good menu. If they correct this problem with the doors of the rooms, obviously I would recommend staying there and I suppose that in periods of not much heat there would be no problem... but what is in summer... I had a nightmare night. I say this to my regret because the staff is friendly and the building has history and is imposing. Rooms: Big comfortable bed but room doors under which mosquitoes incessantly enter.
