Sollo I feel is a hidden gem ,we we’re immediately welcomed by a team of staff who cared for us during the whole evening not intrusive but relaxed, attentive and so knowledgeable of the various dishes on offer . We chose the tasting menu ‘ Caminho 2022’ that consisted of 5 courses with a variety of plates within each course , too many delights to individually mention but all were beautifully presented and full of flavour, some warm and smooth, a starter of Russian style Riofrio Caviar with a glass of Dom Perignon ,some palate provoking like a main course of a Confit of Sturgeon in Iberian fat. All gastronomic delights, this food is created by a team of innovative chefs led by Diego Gallego , sustainable cuisine at its best . We chose a bottle of white wine a Verdejo ‘ Tomas Postigo’ which was very reasonably priced and delicious . If you enjoy beautiful food ,sustainable produced don’t miss out go to Sollo .

Everything i... read more Annual trip to eat at Sollo when I am in Spain. I felt this was the best visit so far. I adored every dish. Artful presentation, delicious tasting. Everything is so well thought out from the dishes themselves, the utensils the artful placement of the food items and the order of service. What an experience! Just wonderful.
