Wendy's - Ft Walton Beach

We ordered a baked potato with chili, got home and there was almost no chili on it at all, VERY disappointing. The queso fries however had a good amount of cheese on them and were quite good.

In the past this Wendy's wasn't the greatest, but I noticed this time the atmosphere was much friendlier due to Ms. Sheryl. I found out through another coworker she wasn't a manager, someone like her would definitely make a great manager!

You know I hardly ever put a business down because I realize these are entry level employees and not rocket surgeons....but as I’m sitting here waiting for what feels like the 37th season of Curse of Oak Island to start...spoiler alert that didn’t find jack s$&t...I must voice my dissatisfaction.We enjoy the pretzel burger and of the last 3 times we ordered them we only received them once. That’s a 66% failure rate. That’s also a very expensive mistake as the price for pretzel burgers are a premium. Do better Wendy’s....do better.I would like to add the bacon burgers we did get were good.UPDATE!Another mixed up order. Folks…the Wendy’s on Racetrack clearly doesn’t have a clue. Ordered Pretzel Baconator…paid for Pretzel Baconator.. .received regular bun Baconator. Anyway, avoid at all cost.
