What Gabe doesn't like about Soi Bistro:
It’s a location spot. Rice crumbled off two of the speciality rolls. It took almost an hour to receive my order as an individual diner. They actively wiped down my dining space while I was eating, almost like they were trying to get ahead of closing. Flavors were there but portions were also small for what I paid for. Tried this place after many recommendations and it just didn't live up to the reputation of being a nice sushi place. It's a very small building and I get the idea that it's always packed. Went there on a sunday at 1pm. We sat for 15 minutes then got our drinks. Ordered a few rolls and an appetizer. Appetizer came out 30 minutes later and finally we got our rolls at an hour and 15 minute mark. The rolls were 5 out of 10 for me. The tuna was of good quality and the rice was cooked well, but the ones we got just weren't anything special. Reminded me of Publix sushi just a lot harder to get. Staff were nice just not attentive. Long story short, this place is a small, claustrophobic, chaotic, and mediocre sushi place.

Always a great experience here. A definite go-to for me family. Does get busy during peak dinner hours since it is a small dining area but worth the wait.

They have so much on their menu!!! Hard to make a decision, but had some soup, wonton, and sushi and it was all very good ?
