Kiku Hana - Ft Walton Beach

We have been wanting to try this place and we are so glad we did, we will definitely be back. It seems the restaurant is run by a husband and wife and they are really nice. Spouse had the pork bulgogi and the banchan that come with Korean dishes. They did not have nori (dried seaweed wraps) nor any romaine lettuce so she brought iceberg lettuce, which worked out well. I had the dolsot bibimbop, it come in a really hot, scalding hot bowl of rice, veggies, beef, an over easy egg and some beef. Bibimbop is also served with Bibimbop sauce which was nice and spicy but like a nuclear hot, it was very pleasant. We will definitely return next time we are in this neck if the woods.

My family loves this restaurant. Lunch time is super busy so we try to come at night. The Louisiana roll is really great and unique. Crawfish, white fish, cream cheese and lit on fire in foil. Teriyaki bento box is huge and has a great variety. Bibimbap is served in a cast iron bowl and is a bland bowl and then you add the kimchi and bibimbap sauce. And the Yaki soba is a good choice too. If you aren't sure what to get, you can't go wrong with the shrimp yaki soba.

The man and woman that are always there. I assume husband and wife. Are the nicest people EVER. The food is always amazing. We just found this place a couple weeks ago and we have eaten here 3 times. Ever time we leave belly full and smiles.

We came here for lunch and the couple that runs this business is so sweet. Unfortunately I could tell the fish was defrosted, and while I know this happens frequently, it actually had a watery taste to it. I would still come back to try other items on the menu however.
