Captain's Choice Boats

I purchased a 2019 Stingray deck boat with a Suzuki 90 on it. I was a bit nervous about owning a Suzuki because there is only one place that works on them locally: Captain's Choice. From my very first conversation with the mechanic onward, I have been blown away by his knowledge and willingness to help me understand this engine better. Very happy to have these folks available to help me out!

Excellent customer service and work. Better than the dealership on our 2022 Viaggio. Covered all warranty work. All optional work we chose was to perfection. They pay attention to the details.

First I bought a trailer. Then I found a wave runner I just had to have. Mr Titus and the crew were the most helpful sales staff I 've dealt with in years. They 're not only helpful they are very knowledgeable which is important for a purchase of this magnitude. They provided a demonstration ride and put my mind at ease with my new 'used ' ski. They are under new ownership and management from the last time I visited but I 'm glad to say they 're carrying on the same proud tradition that Mitch did for many years. So if you need a boat make sure to come in and visit these folks and check there wide assortment. You won 't be sorry.

Starts off great but the finish isn’t so strong. Really enjoyed buying a trailer for my boat from them… but had a tough time getting the deposit back after they got the check. And getting anything warrantied hasn’t happened even though Grant assured me it would. That’s where you lose me, if you say you’re going to do something then do it…. The lack of concern to do what’s right would make me wonder what would happen if I spent more money. I realize it’s only trailer lights. But why should I have to replace the lights on the trailer when I spent $6500.00. Truth is I shouldn’t have to when it’s less than two months old when they first found out. Oh well. Just stating the issue. Great people just no honoring their word.
