(yes, in France we eat early) he explained to us that we had to wait a bit. One of his customers explained it to us in perfect French and we waited with him and other friends on the small table behind the bar! A place where you feel welcome at home! Too bad we didn't talk more at length with the boss. But we loved the atmosphere thanks to Endika and Dani for welcoming us and making Santiago laugh with your English and to you the chef for making us discover your cuisine and your delicious chicken an address to keep for the next vacation!
