She kept the beverages flowing without being asked. In addition her attitude and service was stellar! I will definitely personally request her when we visit again.

Only one other table.... read more I’ve always liked Ruby Tuesday. Never had a bad experience until 2/12 when my daughter and I stopped in for dinner. It was a slow evening. Only one other table. I ordered my usual burger, which is normally delicious. It wasn’t that night. Burger was well done. I ordered it medium. Bun was hard and stale, bacon was limp. There’s no reason the food quality should’ve been that bad. The restaurant was dead. I won’t mention the server’s name. She was a nice enough girl, but was very inattentive. She never stopped back with us to make sure everything was ok or to check for refills. She never pre-bussed. Dropped off the check and walked away leaving our dirty dishes on the table. Like I said, there was only one other table. Even if they were slammed I still would’ve expected better service. I was a server for 10+ years and always made sure my customers had the best dining experience. I felt bad for the server since it was such a slow night in there. I know how it is working for tips. I had a hard time leaving 20%I’ve never left a google review, but since the server wrote something on the check urging me to write one. Here it is.
