Its had a cozy welcome home kind of feeling my husband ordered the Catfish Fillet Dinner and I ordered the Country Fried Steak Dinner. We always go out to eat on fridays and it's been the same ole same ole. Either to much MSG in the food or they dont take as much pride in it as they once did. However this place was worth the stop and ride. Its probaly about 20min from Tallapoosa and the service was wonderful as well. Both my husband and I absolutely loved it. We are skeptics when it comes to certain foods such as slaw and catfish and cabbage different people like it different ways. But here it's as if they knew exactly how we liked it. All of it was delicious. Rite down to the cole slaw which my husband usally dont care for but really liked it. And he loved the catfish. He said he hasnt had catfish that good in a very long long time. He even went and told the chef what a great job she had done on it. My country fried steak was delicious as well. I enjoyed it all. So with out a doubt we give this resturant 20 stars plus. So if your tired of the same ole boring places you been eating and you have a taste for some country cooking with great service give this place a try. You wont regret it. It's well worth the ride.
