Tried driving through but found the touch menu was not big or easy to use. My husband was frustrated so we went inside. The staff were not very courteous. However, the sandwiches were very fresh and delicious. View all feedback.
I frequent this Subway location 2 to 4 times a week. Subways are generally the same everywhere, but what sets this one apart is the employees. In the last week, I encountered an employee named Christina on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, my first interaction with her resulted in a poorly made sandwich because I requested it be made to my liking, not hers. Today at 3:45, she ignored helpful customers who were trying to place their orders, making the whole process slower. Thankfully, it wasn't too busy. The young man handling the sandwich-making did a wonderful job with a smile and positive attitude, even though I had to inform him of Christina's behavior. One individual can tarnish what is typically a great dining experience with excellent customer service. I hope Christina can improve her service in the future.
