A lady in front of us didn't have her... read more The Subway app was malfunctioning on the day of our visit, and as a result, they would not honor the Buy 1, Get 1 offers. A lady in front of us didn't have her coupon because she left it at home, but they told her it was no problem and that they could just enter the code. The code? FLBOGO—exactly the same code as the one in the app. However, they refused to apply this code to our order, meaning we'd have to pay full price. Naturally, we ended up leaving hungry. I won't be returning to this Subway again.

I specifically requested my sandwich to be plain, with only meat and cheese, but they still got it wrong. It’s frustrating that they can’t seem to get it right. I won't be returning, and I definitely do not recommend this Subway! It's the worst one I've ever been to!
