I ordered the turkey beast sandwich. Supposed to come with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and mayo. They gave me the bread with meat and that's it. The stuff was selected.
I've been waiting for 10 minutes now, and no one has arrived. Finally, someone just walked in.
The Subway app was malfunctioning on the day of our visit, and as a result, they would not honor the Buy 1, Get 1 offers. A lady in front of us didn't have her coupon because she left it at home, but they told her it was no problem and that they could just enter the code. The code? FLBOGO—exactly the same code as the one in the app. However, they refused to apply this code to our order, meaning we'd have to pay full price. Naturally, we ended up leaving hungry. I won't be returning to this Subway again.
I had a disappointing experience at this location for the third time in a row. They messed up my order again. I specifically requested my sandwich to be plain, with only meat and cheese, but they still got it wrong. It’s frustrating that they can’t seem to get it right. I won't be returning, and I definitely do not recommend this Subway! It's the worst one I've ever been to!
