Ordered online at 6 pm for a 715 pm takeout, I arrived around 720-725 pm checked in and was told not ready, I sat and waited until 745 pm checked again on my order and it was ready the entire time that I sat and waited, so now my food is super cold and I had to reheat at home. Not sure why I was treated this way but the staff should be checking on the food in the ready area and ensure no one is waiting for food. Biggest thing was the guy that said my food wasn't ready. Still no response from you on Facebook I sent you a message and no response. No worries I'll eat somewhere else that's closer. This is a 1 star review based only on the result of the boneless wings ordered. DON'T ORDER THE BONELESS WINGS. We ordered two orders of 10 piece boneless wings at like 10 11$ ea. (Buffalo and Sweet Spicy Chili) For each 10 piece, we received was approximately 5 6 of decently sized nuggets and a bunch of small breaded crumbs of chicken. This is inadequate and depressing. (Size comparison: slightly bigger+rounder than nuggets at McD's) The sauces were haphazardly applied on the nuggets and in the picture most of it ended up on the foil. Buy frozen nuggets or a chicken tender sub at Publix and you'll be happier. Everything else was average. Total: ~51$ for 2 larges and 2 orders of sad boneless wings.
