What User doesn't like about Fox's Pizza Den:
how long does it take to make a pizza? apparently more than an hour. I called to confirm that the order came an hour after the order and was advised that it was almost finished. I could have gone to the market, bought the ingredients and made even a pizza in this time. do not call them foxes when they have hunger, they are better to call wild things, the order will not be right, but at least it will come. The appetizer joy was good the food about everything was good and the customer service was excellent!!
We called in a large order for a party for pick up. The price was good, the pizza was good, we got what we ordered, and it was ready right on time.
This is an awesome restaurant! The pizza is delicious and affordable. Even better is their customer service. Our bus of junior campers (ages 8-13) broke down in their parking lot and they treated us with such wonderful care. Arthur Butler and his staff definitely deserve a shout out for their excellent service and kindness! I hope everyone in Frostburg visits this excellent establishment.
