We happened by chance recommended by a local lady and I must say that it was really a beautiful discovery! We stayed for the first May and there was the fixed menu! All good and super plentiful! We'll be back! Congratulations!
Tryed with my wife, at family suggestion, on the occasion of a visit to the workshop of ancient print shop of Carpegna. Lunch on a tired day: only a dozen customers (including us. Owner and waitress really courteous and very kind. The location is of a full countryside without particular landscapes, rustic outdoor veranda (where we have accommodated, rooms (three more elegant and welcoming. Kitchen (wide and neat view, services to be refurbished. Mise en place minimal with raw paper tablecloths, elegant menu paper and appealing with glossy plastified opuscoletto. Choice of house wine (fam, sangiovese valid. Choose two first: tagliatelle with red ragù and ravioli butter and sage (home made pasta). Thick-drawn pasta, ragù and filled with ravioli absolutely without character: i.e. turned off without any particular culinary sensation. Generous portions. Local bread without salt and not produced by them while having an oven for pizzas. Second we have chosen the rabbit in pork with side dish of potatoes and vegetables (cotta beets. Baked potatoes without character : barely a rosemary was felt. Bietole, finally, with an appreciable slightly pungent character of chili. Rabbit in boned pork actually exquisite and with all the flavors and aromas characteristic (without this reach I would have given a score of only two balls! .

Unfortunately, given the lack of the door between the room environment and the kitchen remains the strong smell in the clothes once out.
We booked on Sunday at lunch enticed by the positive reviews read. Unfortunately, expectations have long been disregarded. The room inside is like many other... very simple furnishings with some rustic hanging on the walls and a fireplace in the main room. (This earned him the 2nd star). Let's go to the dishes. We ordered 2 first: the calves with sausage and mushrooms and the gnocchi to the 4 cheeses. Very abundant portions, indeed too much, but apart from the calves that were eatable the gnocchi really peeled for the sauce in which they sailed...maybe based on stracchino and cream, really not tasty. Then we took a cut with columnar lard. The hard meat, with many nerves, hard to chew and lard... let's lose... certainly not that of colonnade. We arrive at the service... bad indeed... the waitress bounced from table to table with plates in hand not knowing who ordered them. It is not possible then that in a table of 2 people carry the first to one only and after half an hour they arrive with the other first. It's unacceptable! In the end the account, they gave us that of another table, then they apologized for the error once reported but surely we will not come back.
