The owner, who also takes on the roles of cook and server, informed us that it was the busiest day since they opened three months ago. There was only one other staff member helping out in the kitchen. Despite the limited manpower, our food arrived promptly. We ordered three different duck dishes, and we both agreed that Benny's Cousin was our favorite. The highlight of the meal was the crack crack cauliflower, which had a unique flavor similar to General Tso's chicken. Overall, it was a delightful place for a satisfying brunch.

I even had the chance to speak with the chef, Allen, about the menu and his upcoming plans for three-course dinners over the weekend, which sound like a remarkable dining experience. The owner, who also serves as the chef and manages everything, mentioned that this was the busiest day since the restaurant opened three months ago. With only one other person assisting in the kitchen, the small team still managed to serve our meals promptly. We ordered three entrees, and our favorite was the Benny’s cousin. The crack cauliflower was the standout dish, offering a unique twist that reminded us of a vegetable version of General Tso’s chicken.
