I'm currently stuck in the drive-thru for 15 minutes waiting for just wings (and I've seen similar complaints from others). Normally, I wouldn't mind a short wait, but I've given this location four chances to prove that it's just a one-time issue, and it has been the same disappointing experience every time. I’ve decided not to return to this location, and I’m even considering giving up on KFC altogether. The quality has really declined since I was a kid 45 years ago. It's no surprise that other franchises are outperforming them.

A special shoutout to the guy who answered the phone and was managing the drive-thru—thank you, Teddy! KFC should definitely recognize this guy for his great service.
