What Will Madansky doesn't like about Poste:
The dishes are tasty But... The owner or waitress of the establishment (although I really think it's the boss) wanted to charge me 3 francs more thinking that I wouldn't see the difference between a 6 and a 9. The card machine was not turned towards me, the screen inaccessible to my vision even if I leaned over to see and point it out to him. This really is a little gem hidden away in Froideville. The standard of food is high yet it's reasonably priced. The staff are really welcoming and friendly. Best to book.
We gave a party for 20 people. What a wonderful gourmet evening we had. Incomparable perch filets from the lake, cooked to perfection. Staff very friendly and top marks to the maître D, Pablo. He was ever so helpful and gave excellent advice on wine and food.

With out a doubt the most fantastic restaurant in all of Switzerland. Maria and Romero are hands down the most lovely people in this country and even with the language barrier they are considerate, patient and understanding. Quite frankly, if you don't have a meal here, you shouldn't be eating.
