We went through and wanted to eat there. The restaurant was not fully occupied, but the waiter did not seem to be able to do his job structured. We had to ask him to pick up the beverage order and bring us menus. He needed a quarter of an hour. After half an hour the food order was still not received, although he was always close and took care of the few other guests, I told him that I wanted the beverage bill, we would do without the food and I informed him the reasons for it. Of course, gastronomy has problems with the labour shortage. We haven't been impatient either, only the way things worked has disturbed us. We got to hear that we haven't been there yet and he'd work on a very specific system (which hasn't developed yet). In our opinion, this was a completely bad or even incorrectly organized gastronomy. Apparently the owner saw this differently and was very insulted. That's how we were forced to come to Italy. Everything was professional there.
