Trufire Kitchen Frisco

The service was good. The appetizer, Crawling, was excellent. However, our main courses were disappointing. We ordered the garlic noodles and the Huhn Marsala, and neither had much flavor. We requested salt and pepper, which improved the garlic noodles significantly. Unfortunately, the sauce on the Huhn Marsala still had an overpowering taste of cooking wine, which was not enjoyable.

We had a delightful dinner with excellent service. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our entrées, which included the Tahawk Cup, chicken parmigiana, seafood pasta, and chicken marsala. The manager came by twice to check on us, and was very friendly and professional.

When my dinner finally arrived, the cutlery was extremely dirty. The manager came to my table, but instead of addressing the poor experience I had, he simply insisted that it wasn’t his fault that items were out of stock at the bar, and he did not communicate any of my concerns to his staff effectively. Overall, the manager did not seem to acknowledge the issues I encountered, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

The food and the drinks here really. our waitress Erin was fabulous.

The food was delicious and we felt the value was great. Our server was outstanding-made recommendations that were appreciated! It was somewhat noisy in the restaurant but obviously TruFire has a great following!
