placed an online order and walked in right at 11:30 to pick up my smoothies and food but the smoothies were severely melted and had obviously been made too soon. very poor and when asked how long they had been sitting since it was visibly melted from the top i was told only 5 min. We love tropical smoothie Café! But today, April 15 at around noon, we literally sat in line behind two other vehicles for 20 minutes. There was not a long line, the service was just extremely slow. Normally we’ve had a good experience.
Great smoothies and always nice staff. My go to for keeping cool in the Texas heat
