Had to wait 15 minutes plus they tell you to come 10 minutes early so 25 minute wait. Carpet with large chunks of pretzels. One person never received second drink. Overall food was good and had a great time. Attendants very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return and rent for 2 hours. 1 hour too short.

Not clean. Most of the clubs were for left handed people.

We have come numerous times now at various times of the year and unfortunately regardless of when we come the room is so warm that it’s almost uncomfortable to stay in the entire time. One of the visits we even reminded them to please turn the air conditioner to make the room not so warm and it was probably the hottest day of them all. When we just came we had to keep the door open, and it was evident that it was at least 10° cooler in the hallway. It really did not help, and honestly I feel like most people I have gone with don’t want to come back because the room is so warm and the staff acts like they are clueless to it. Very frustrating to pay that kind of money and be miserable

Best time ever having fun with my family for my birthday! Parents and teens, alike, enjoyed playing the different games. The food and beverage selection is amazing! We will be back!

Mathew the manager was awesome. Hari took care of us also. Highly recommend.
